This free, educational talk is designed to help you feel more confident navigating the healthcare system.
Led by a registered nurse and professional patient advocate, we will discuss how hospital discharge can feel rushed, confusing, and overwhelming—especially when you’re trying to make the right decisions for yourself or a loved one. In this presentation, we’ll walk through the most common mistakes families make during the discharge process and how to avoid them.
