To ensure high-quality guidance and patient advocacy services are available to everyone who needs them, we partnered with a leader in community philanthropy to create the GuideWell Patient Advocate Non-Profit Fund as a dedicated resource specifically designed to remove the financial barriers to professional support.

If you prefer to send a physical check, please make it payable to “GuideWell Patient Advocate Fund” to ensure your gift is directed correctly.
